The EDMTEC permanent-electro system remains unphased by power loss since electrical energy is only used for one second to activate and deactivate the system. During machining, the high energy permanent magnets guarantee a constant clamping force without time limits and without additional electrical power.

WASHING CHANNELS
EDM TEC chucks are standardly equipped with a special washing circuit through supply channels carved inside the poles to allow 2 or 3 exit holes on the magnetic surface, depending on the size of the chuck. The constant washing flow prevents material from settling for a long time for a better erosion quality.

NUFLUX SYSTEM
Control units are standardly equipped with the patented demagnetization system, “NUFLUX”, which completely eliminates any possible magnetic residue from the surface of the workpiece, even with alloy material.
